Salisbury Village (Sedgewood) Finalist for 2018 BILD Awards!
Posted onWe are excited to announce that Salisbury Village was selected as one of the finalists for the first annual BILD Alberta awards for New Community Development! Winners will be announced during BILD Alberta’s annual Fall Conference in Jasper on September 14, 2018.
EDMONTON – BILD Alberta is pleased to announce the 93 finalists for the first annual BILD Alberta Awards presented by The Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group of Companies. Award winners will be announced at BILD Alberta’s annual Fall Conference in Jasper during a special ceremony on September 14, 2018.
“We are excited to recognize members that represent the hard work and innovation happening throughout the land development, home building, and renovation industry in Alberta,” said Wendy Jabusch, Chair, BILD Alberta, “BILD Alberta represents a diverse industry and is proud to showcase finalists spanning categories from single and multi-family homes to Net Zero, community development, renovation and safety.”
The Awards feature 31 individual categories and five prestigious Pinnacle Awards. The Pinnacle Awards will be presented to the highest scoring developer, renovator, and home builders in the smallvolume, large-volume and multi-family categories. Pinnacle Awards are given out based on a demonstration of leadership in design, safety, volunteerism and customer satisfaction.
An astounding 470 submissions came in from across Alberta to compete for the awards. Edmonton region has 46 finalists, followed by Calgary region at 34. Lethbridge has six finalists and Central Alberta region has four finalists in the running for provincial awards.
Building Industry and Land Development Alberta Association (BILD Alberta) is the unified voice for the land development, home building and renovation industry in Alberta. BILD Alberta represents over 1,800 business members from 10 constituent associations committed to building communities throughout Alberta.
